For my buyers, I will take the time to walk you through the entire process with a thorough education in everything from searching for a home, to making an offer, to helping you select the paint swatches for your new living room. I will go the extra mile to help you find a home that meets your needs and specifications.

My methods to keep you focused are as follows:

• Daily email updates describing new properties within 24 hours of them hitting the market.
• Continually previewing property, in search of the perfect home that matches your specified criteria.
• Weekly personal check-ins after the broker tours. My team will give you a run down of the properties that have been previewed, help you prioritize what open homes to see on Sunday, or schedule private showings upon request. This is critical to maintaining informed buyers in this fast-paced market.
• Staying current with the local market and legal trends as they relate to real estate.
• I have an earnest commitment to maintain honest and successful relationships with a number of agents in the community who look forward to working with me. This gives you an added edge when submitting an offer on a home you love in this competitive market.
