Virginia Perl - Buyer’s Agent
Virginia 's role for the team is to be of maximum service to the buyers. She believes that Real Estate is not about sales, it's about people. Virginia is Saraya’s mother and has worked with her for several years. She has a degree in Fine Arts, which gives her an enormous advantage in being able to see a home's true potential.

She keeps a vigilant watch on the market and sends a candid report to you several times a week after her tri-weekly Broker's Preview of Homes. Besides providing private viewings of properties, Virginia has an exceptional knowledge of what goes on behind the scenes regarding inspections, disclosures, and the entire escrow process, making sure the transaction is as smooth as possible.
